Welcome to the first Holiday Blog Hop which is being brought to you by a group of talented Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators. What is the Holiday Blog Hop? The Holiday Blog Hop is designed to showcase the papercrafting abilities of some very gifted individuals all while showing you the versatility that Stampin’ Up! has to offer – from rubber stamps, designer paper, embellishments and much more!
We will be providing inspiration using Stampin’ Up! products for the 3 fast approaching holidays, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Set your calendars for the next two Holiday Blog Hops: Thanksgiving/Fall – November 10, 2009 and Christmas/Winter – December 1, 2009. I stamped the sentiment in Basic Blank Ink on a piece of Pumpkin Pie card stock. One of my most favorite aspects of Stampin’ Up! is how their stamps, paper etc… all coordinate with each other! I used the Scallop Edge Punch on a small piece of Perfect Plum card stock. I adhered the layers of Whisper White and Pumpkin Pie together and applied it to the base of the card on dimensionals with the Perfect Plum glued directly onto the Basic Black card base. A polka dot ribbon finishes off the card perfectly! Hop How-To: Click on any of the sites listed below to see their wonderful Halloween Holiday Blog Hop creation! The Holiday Hopper Line-Up: 1. I took inspiration from one of my favorite bloggers, Kristina Werner in making my Halloween card. I love the simplicity yet versatile techniques I used in making this festive card. The 5 ½” x 4 ¼” card base is out of Basic Black card stock. Using the Pumpkin Patch stamp set (which can be found in the Holiday Mini Catalog), I stamped three pumpkins in Pumpkin Pie Ink on a piece of Whisper White card stock. I then used black embossing powder for the smiley faces on the pumpkins to give it an added pizzazz. To finish it off I used a round edge punch on one corner of the Whisper White card stock.
Supplies:
Stamps: Pumpkin Patch (116499)
Paper: Basic Black (102851), Perfect Plum (101889), Pumpkin Pie (105117) and Whisper White (100730)

Thanks Mary! I actually have no idea how to get those dots inbetween the comments - I'll have to ask my blog designer. She did a wonderful job creating this design for me - but....I'm having her create a new one. Stay tuned the next few weeks to see what we came up with!
